Ginseng ,?

where find|||Fresh ginseng root is not readily available in the US. Try Asian grocery stores or herbal shops. Ginseng powder or tablets/pills are readily available in most shops that sell vitamins (try even Walmart!). Otherwise health food stores %26amp; places like GNC will defintely have the tablets/pills.





I am not sure where you are located, but I am sure if you did a google/yahoo search you find many online sources as well.|||I would suggest Holland and Barrett.|||Find it in a health store, Chinatown?|||usually chinatown/koreatown/asian places that has a herbal shop.|||Ginseng is a kind of Chinese Herb that widely use in Chinese medication and also the Chinese cooking especially the herbal soup. The Chinese people believe is a health product that provide energy to body. There are different kind of Ginseng, basically three big group that produce from three different countries. These countries are China, Korea and America. Infect, America is one of the biggest exporter of Ginseng to Asia.





I'm not sure you can get the fresh Ginseng in your country. But most countries China Town's grocery shop that sell Chinese medical or herb should have the dry Ginseng on the counter for sale. The price can vary a lot due to different grading and place of produce.





Simple way to cook is the Ginseng chicken soup. Boil the Ginseng and fresh chicken meat for few hours and serve with little bit of salt.|||gin路seng [j铆n s猫ng]
