How fast will Ginseng work, how long do I have to wait to feel results? I've taken it for 3 days and I feel nothing so far. I thought it was supposed to provide energy (mental and physical)|||it really depends.
we would have to consider what form you are taking it in. is it a pill, liquid, or raw herb decoction?
what is the potency or concentration ratio and how much do you take daily and how often throughout the day.
what is your body weight?
all this would depend on the answer. generally it should only take a handful of days to start seeing the effects of ginseng so long as you got your hands on a good source and have the dose correct.
