How do you take fresh ginseng?

I have a ginseng root but I am not sure how to take it, should it be chopped up, boiled grated?|||A simple way to consume ginseng is to slice off and chew a piece of the whole root. If it's too hard to chew, it can be softened first by steaming for 5 minutes. Another good method is to cook whole roots in a ginseng cooker, a special type of double boiler. Or make a tea by simmering 2 ounces of ginseng in four cups of water for 2 hours in a non-metal container. The liquid can be poured off and stored for several days in the refrigerator and the root can be cooked one more time before discarding it.|||I became wonderful where you got the ginseng. Generally ginseng root or whole body with leaf should be dried in the sun and make finest grounding by grinder.

Take 100 mg with hot water like tea 3-4 hours before sleep if you do not have any hypertension. If you do have hypertension with diabetes and taking medication then Take only 50 mg early in the

morning and do your activities normally. Twelve hour after take your conventional medications. if your pressure monitoring is showing increased BP , stop ginseng treatment and go ahead with

your conventional treatments. Let me know what kind ginseng you have with your hand and where did you found?
