Who do I give wild ginseng to be delivered to in Mabinogi?

It's not the gift item it says to be delivered. I don't have a quest that says who it is to be delivered to. I only know that there are p/t beginner jobs from Eavan in Dunbarton but I only get Deliver Pearl Necklace to Nerys. Do I do that one first and then do I get the Deliver Wild Ginseng to Manus after that before it's 9 am again? I need to make space my inventory is always full.||| You only give this gift to someone who can appreciate it. If you have to ask who to give it to then they are not worthy.
