How many years does Korean Ginseng last so it is still edible?

I have Korean (red) Ginseng from 2001, can I still eat it?|||yes|||Ginseng is a dried product so it still should be good... examine the ginseng to make sure no mealy bugs have eaten into it...|||For Ginseng, it is usually better if it is about 20 years old(1989), but you can still eat a ginseng from 2001.





For most ginseng, Older=Better
