How much is the projected price per lb of wild ginseng root in fall 2008?

I was curious if anyone knows if ginseng prices are projected to be comparible to 2007 prices this year.|||The starting price of wild ginseng should be around $1000.00 If it is good quality and of mature age|||Last year the local market "sw virginia" was buying it at $950 per lb and said this year could see it go higher.I used to dig 5-6 lb a year and last year i didn't dig 1 root .... just my luck!
