How many ginseng capsules can I take a day?

I take one dose of Siberian ginseng 650mg in the morning for energy. Can I take another in the afternoon for a total of 1300mg daily?|||Take as many you want you body will get rid of the stuff it does not need|||Nope. Take 3 times a day. 2 capsules/time highly recommended in Korea.
